Introduction
SketchUp Pro is Trimble’s 3D design and CAD modeling software. It is used in a wide variety of fields including mechanical engineering, landscaping, video game design, architecture, and civil engineering. SketchUp lets you design, visualize, analyze, document, collaborate and share models. All this makes the program the preferred choice for many professionals and amateurs.
Trimble SketchUp ProIs the desktop version of the program that must be downloaded and installed on a desktop or laptop computer. SketchUp Pro allows users to perform 2D documentation and advanced rendering such as viewing VR (Virtual Reality) models. You can also geo-locate models, export animation videos, and create construction drawings.

This means that the surroundings, furniture, equipment, enclosures and even kitchen sinks (literally) are now within easy reach in a few clicks. When uploading models to the 3D Warehouse, it’s easy to drag and drop them onto your phone or tablet using the SketchUp Mobile Viewer. After that, you can work on them with clients and partners wherever and however you like.
SketchUp Pro includes the LayOut tool, which generates presentation documents: page designs, outline vector illustrations, and more. SketchUp Pro also lets you create breathtaking walk-throughs and fly-ins that showcase every detail.
