Download Visual Studio v16.4.0
Hint: Don’t save in a directory path that is too deep, it is better to save it in the root directory of the drive, such as D:\
If you want to install the upgrade version v16.4.1-v16.4.5, download the v16.4.1-v16.4.5 upgrade package
Note: Save the upgrade package and Visual Studio v16.4.0 in the same path, the names of the two folders are actually the same, both are VS2019_4
